DV Fresh addresses itself to the retail trade and the catering firms, as well as the food industry. The catering industry is delivered by wholesalers. Supermarket centrals are supplied directly by DV Fresh. To provide such a large market segmentation DV Fresh obviously need sufficient capacity for cutting, washing and packing.

That’s why DV Fresh has the disposal of:
- Three washing lines, each with a capacity of 1000 to 1500 kg cut   vegetables per hour;
- Five packaging machines;
- A packaging room for bulk;
- Two fully automatical production chains: cutting, washing, drying and   packaging are taking place on one line.

From the beginning DV Fresh has been working according to the HACCP-standards. In Octobre 2006 DV Fresh achieved a BRC-cerificate, according to the BRC-standard version four.

The last few years DV Fresh has made a tremendous progress. Its ambition consists in maintaining this continuous progress and the guarantee of high quality and service.
